HISTORY
Originally CXD started out as MoonCaster, a group Caster intended for purely her music on YouTube with her side account, kitkat112217, for her art and gaming. Around 2014 It went through another name change as MCMI, MoonCaster’s Moonlit Illustrations, and became CasterXDesigns permanently around 2016. Her YouTube today has a variety of content (i.e. Gaming, Art, and Music). Throughout the years 2016 to 2019, Caster worked as a freelance graphic artist in her spare time, with streaming the art on the side. CXD became what it is today in December of 2019 with the very first order on the website!
Bereavement Services
CasterXDesigns started to offer bereavement services starting in 2023 in the form of bereavement bears. As of 2024, that has now grown into bereavement plushies, and possibly more bereavement services on the way (i.e. dried funeral flower necklaces, etc).
Recycling mission
In 2023, CXD launched cat toys that are made by recycling old fabrics and fabric samples. As of 2024, Caster has made well over 50 cat toys using this method and will continue to do so in the future.
In 2024, CXD is also hoping to launch dog toy ropes that are made by recycling old, worn out clothing that can no longer be donated. CXD is striving to reduce clothing and fabrics that end up in the landfills and incinerators. CXD will start accepting donations for any fabrics and/or clothing that can no longer be donated once the dog toy ropes have launched.
